I went camping at the weekend on the way home from uni. IT was so I could go canoeing on the Nene on sunday. Unfortunately floods meant they didn't open the course so I have still not learnt anything new in the world of canoe!

too abstract?

Today I took some more abstract shots of blood n water. like the movement as it diffuses. having trouble getting model again as she has deadlines too and pool is fully booked. basically my resources have just run out. like JT's ice idea not sure I have enough time to arrange it but will try in some future space!

loved a flickr image I found of balloons being shot with water splashing out. but doesnt fit much with project. boo...

ok putting photos on later. america must be awake.,... even if it is only 4.30!

begging for a model

Noted what joe said about the angle. thinking I might re-do the shoot (if the model doesn't kill me!) and get them all on the floor and low. Maybe showing deterioration in some way. IF ANYONE ELSE IS WILLING TO MODEL PLEASE TELL ME!!!!! I don't mind guy or girl... but if you have a big based shower would be good...

(oh and I feel proud today cos I finished my aquatic first aid training... not so proud about my essay causing my other work to be put second priority though ... BOO BAD HELEN)

***WARNING *** BEGINNING OF RANT*** I don't know if it's because I'm homesick or because I have such great plans at easter but I'm not coping with the work anywhere near as well as I was the first term or even at the beginning of this term. My essay is really disjointed and if I write everything I have bullet pointed in sentences it'll be 10 thousand words rather than 1 thousand. It also sounds a bit like a 2 year old has written it. So that's stressing me out. Canoe have put me on an aquatic first aid course which is brilliant as I wanted to renew my first aid and the aquatic one will obviously help when paddling but its just another thing on the list... and then the pictures just aren't as I imagined them in my head... I need to have a printer for my brain as my brain is going mental with great stuff but my hands and mouth are producing nothing!!!

anyway these are 3 kinda like what i imagined. took them in my mates in shower. wanted the druggy and spaced out sortsa depressed mental crazy feel in her face... basically how I'd be now if I took a load of weed... which I'd never do cos its disgusting (and no that isnt sarcasm....) Oh and my tags STILL aren't showing.... WHY?!?!?*** END OF RANT (for today at least!) ***
